How/when is my package shipped out?

Orders are shipped from Dallas, Tx via USPS standard mail. Please be aware that there is a 7-14 business day(s) production timeframe before your order is shipped. Visit our shipping & cancellations page for more information.

Can I change/cancel my order?

All sales are final. Please contact us within 24 hours upon placing your order should you decide to cancel/change. We will try our best to accommodate requests but this is not guaranteed.

What size should I order?

Since sizing will vary based on your preferred fit, please refer to the sizing chart found in the photos of each listing. In addition, model stats and size worn can be found in the detail section for select listings.

Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes! During checkout, please provide the recipient’s address and name. If you would like to include a gift message, please include it in the notes section of your order. Order invoices will not be provided with gifted pieces unless otherwise specified.

The piece I want is sold out. When will it be back in stock?

Restock times vary! While there are many reasons, restock times are largely dependent on the availability of the specific piece. We source our fabrics both locally and from various locations, so sometimes these fabrics come back in stock and sometimes they don’t. You can sign up for email notifications for each sold out piece to be the first to know when it is back in stock!

Do you do custom orders?

Yes, we would love to bring life to your ideas! Please contact us directly with your request and we will get back to you within 1-2 business day(s). Additional fees/production time may apply for custom orders based on your request. All custom orders are final sale.

My order says delivered but I have not received it.

We offer Route Protection for all orders. If your order was not delivered, damaged, or stolen please file a claim by visiting CLAIMS.ROUTE.COM

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS with tracking. Please use the provided tracking number to track your package. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your package while in transit please contact the courier directly. 

Lilac Dreams & Co is not responsible for packages once shipped from our facility. Route Protection is offered to all our customers to provide the best experience possible. 

Can I ship to a PO BOX or hotel?

While we can ship your order to a PO Box, we are unable to ship to a hotel.
