At Lilac Dreams, we take pride in our small business and our made-to-order pieces. Due to the nature of this process, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

Please keep in mind that after you place an order, there is an estimated 7-14 business day(s) production timeframe before your order is shipped. 

DELIVERY TIMES

Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include weekends/holidays). Once the packages arrive in the hands of our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

Lilac Dreams is not held responsible for: 

  • Mistakes made by USPS
  • Wrong address given by customers
  • Damage to order by Postal Service
  • PO Box issues
  • Stolen packages after delivery (we do not recommend the  USPS “safe drop” option)

If you have a specific question in regards to your shipment, please contact us and include your order number as well as your order date.

US ORDERS

Lilac Dreams is based out of Dallas, TX and uses USPS to ship your order through standard mail (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method) which can take anywhere between anywhere from 3-5 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Lilac Dreams is based out of Texas, USA and uses UPS to ship your order through standard international mail (unless otherwise indicated by your shipping method) which can take anywhere from 8-21 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).

 

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Items are shipped after processing 7-14 business day(s). In addition to your order confirmation email, we will send you a shipping confirmation email once your item has shipped. Expedited and tracking options are available for selection upon checkout.

 

DAMAGES

In the event that your piece(s) are damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within days of delivery with your order number, order date, and clear photos of the piece/area of concern. As a reminder, Lilac Dreams is not responsible for any damages incurred during the shipping process.

 We are unable to accept damage returns/exchanges for the following:

  • Washed and/or worn pieces
  • Item(s) without tags
  • Custom/personalized orders
  • Final sale items 

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS

Please contact us within 24 hours upon placing your order should you decide to cancel as we are unable to cancel orders once it has been shipped. 

Due to the nature of our items being made-to-order, all sales are final.
